Investors America Company Profile
Investors America, Inc., was formed to help our extensive list of accredited angel investors to become aware of business investment opportunities. Our investors have a special interest in moderate to high risk investments, and as Accredited Investors as determined by Rule 501 or 506 of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Regulation D, they are legally allowed to make such investments. Confidentiality contracts are signed by you, and by our investors. Confidentiality is absolute.
To better learn what Investors America is and does, it is useful to know what we are not. We are not Brokers or Securities Dealers, Underwriters, Financial or Investment Advisors, CPAs, CFPs, a Bank or Lending Institution, a Venture Capital firm, or Investment Banker. We are not commissioned. Information and introductions to Accredited Investors is our business and a fee is charged when our services are rendered - not before or after. We earn our money by introducing your company to investors. If we provide a company with Accounts Receivable Funding/Factoring, we earn a finder's fee from the Factor.
